Mr. Scheidig requested that two additional conditions be added regarding <br />language on present sewer situation and guaranteeing alternate location for <br />another Holding Tank should ownership change. <br /> <br /> It wc.s moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember <br />Herlihy, that Resolution No. 76-291, approving application from Frank Auf <br />der Maur for a private sewage disposal system to serve a proposed commercial <br />development at 3420 Stanley Boulevard, immediately easterly of the existing <br />A & R Service Center, subject to conditions set forth by the Director of <br />Engineering Services and City Attorney, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, Mercer, and Fmyor Philcox <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember LeClaire <br /> <br />Approval of Amendment to Traffic Resolution <br /> Mr. Campbell presented the report of the Traffic Engineer dated November <br />16, 1976, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by <br />Councilmember Mercer, that Resolution No. 76-292, amending Traffic Resolution <br />No. 76-79, Section 9, Twenty Minute Parking Zones, by the addition of the <br />following paragraph: "9s-1 St. Mary Street, on the south side of St. ~ry <br />Stre~ from the easterly line of the driveway to the municipal parking lot <br />easterly to 40 feet easterly of that driveway", be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember LeClaire <br /> <br />~tters for the Information of the Council <br /> There were no matters for the informationof the Council presented at this <br />meeting. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY <br /> There were no reports of the City Attorney presented at this meeting. <br /> <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br /> There were no Communications presented at this meeting. <br /> <br /> Mayor Philcox recessed the meeting at 9:00 P.M. <br /> <br /> Mayor Philcox reconvened the meeting at 9:10 P.~I. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS (Contd.) <br />Report~ Re: Review of vintage Hills Park Master Plan <br /> Mr. Dutchover presented the report of the Director of Engineering <br />Se~-~ices dated December 8, ~976, regarding this matter, and displayed a <br />map showing details of the proposed park. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Herlihy requested that the date of City Council approval <br />be noted on park plans for future reference. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Herlihy, and seconded by Councilmember <br />Brandes, that Resolution No. 76-293, approving the Vintage Hills Park <br />Master Plan, be adopted <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember LeClaire <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> Councilmembers presented various Committee Reports for the information <br />of the Council. <br /> <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL MEMBERS <br /> Councilmember Brandes expressed concern of potential problems regarding <br />the zoning of convenience markets. <br /> <br /> 5. 12/13/76 <br /> <br /> <br />
