<br />vice) District (Introduced 12-6-76 by a 4-1 vote)
<br /> Mr. Scheidig stated this ordinance was introduced on December 6, 1976, by
<br />a 4-1 vote and that it was now in order to adopt the ordinance.

<br /> Ordinance No. 800, to prezone approximately 16.4 acres of Unincorporated
<br />County Land located on the east side of Santa Rita Road between Highway' 580 and
<br />a point approximately 700 feet north of the intersection of Santa Rita Road and
<br />Tassajara Road to the C-S (Commercial Service) District, be adopted.

<br /> Mr. Scheidig presented his report dated December 9, 1976, regarding this
<br />matter.

<br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Herlihy, and seconded by
<br />Councilmember Brandes, that Resolution No. 76-289, providing that acquisitions
<br />for street widening and alignment projects of a minor nature, be exempt from
<br />the requirement that acquisitions and disposals of public property receive a
<br />report from the Planning Commission on their conformity with the General Plan,
<br />be adopted.

<br />Installation, First and Neal Streets, Project No. 76-5, to Steiny and Company,
<br />Inc., 27 Sheridan Street, Vallejo, in the amount of $33,563.00, be adopted.
