Philcox be designated the voting representative at the <br />Annual League Conference in San Diego on October 17-20, 1976, and that Vice <br />Mayor Joyce M. LeClaire be designated as alternate. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> B.A.R.T. Express Bus Shelter and Benches <br /> Mr. Miller presented the report of the Assistant tO the CityManager-Walker <br />dated August 27, 1976,!i regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by <br />Councilmember Herlihy, that Resolution No. 76-208, approving the staff pro- <br />cedure for donating a shelter or bench at B.A.R.T.
