After discussion, Council instructed staff to prepare a <br />report regarding specific needs and costs related to City Hall office space as <br />well as additional information regarding purchase of Fire Station No. 2. A report <br />is to be submitted at the Council meeting of July 11, 1977. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY <br />Resolution Identifying Mit.iSation Measures for LAVWMA Pipeline <br /> Mr. Scheidig presented his report dated June 22, 1977, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember LeClaire, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, <br />that Resolution No. 77-180, identifying mitigation measures by the City of <br /> Cit ' <br />Pleasanton regarding the LA~MA pipeline project and indicating the y s <br />commitment to implement said measures, be adopted. <br />The'~rol! call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, LeClaire, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Herlihy <br /> <br />Reintroduction of 0rd. inance No. 822~ adding Chapter 6 to Title IV (Hea.l. th~.,Safety, <br />Morals and General Welfare) to the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton re- <br />lating to Drinkin8 in Public <br /> Mr. Scheidig advised Council it was necessary to reintroduce this ordinance <br />due to amendments regarding exemptions and obtaining exemption permits. <br /> <br /> 7. 6/27/77 <br /> <br /> <br />
