Councilmember LeClaire stated she felt the proposed site a dangerous location for any development. After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, instructing staff to write a letter to Mr. ~rsh outlining the normal development processes which would need to be followed regarding his property at Sunol Road and Happy Valley Road, for development. ~D The roll call vote was as follows: · -~ AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox ~ NOES: Councilmember LeClaire .... ~ ABSENT: None Councilmember LeClaire stated she did not feel she had sufficient informa- tion on the item at this time to make a proper determination. Proposed Increase of In-Lieu Park Dedication Fees Mr. Sooby presented his report dated May 16, 1977, regarding this matter. It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Herlihy, that Resolution No. 77-152, approving the increase in In-Lieu Park Dedication __ Fees as set forth in the report of the Director of Engineering Services dated )~y 16, 1977, be adopted. Sooby presented his report dated May 16, 1977, regarding this matter. It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Herlihy, that Resolution No. 77-153, approving plans and specifications for the installa- tion of traffic signals at Main-St. John-Ray and at Main-Neal-Rose Intersections, and authorizing call for bids, be adopted. Harris presented his report dated May 17, 1977, regarding this matter.
