<br />for various municipal services of the City of Pleasanton and repealing Resolutions
<br />Nos. 74-138, 74-183, 75-27, 75-56, 75-126, 75-255, 76-32, 76-34, 76-195 and 76-196,
<br />be adopted.

<br />Mr. Scheidig presented the report of the Deputy City Attorney dated April 11,
<br />1977, regarding this matter.

<br /> It was moved by Councilmember LeClaire, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer,
<br />that Ordinance No. 819, to be read by title only and waiving further reading
<br />thereof, amending Article 4 (Bicycles), Chapter 2 (Special Permits), Title IV
<br />(Health, Safety, Moral and General Welfare), be introduced.
