The rcll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox NOES: None ABSENT: None MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC Ms. ~rgaret McClelland, 440 Tyler Avenue, Livermore, representing.the League of Women Voters of Livermore-Amador Valley, presented a statement to the City Council requesting that funds be included in next year's budget to write a safety element in the General Plan for the safety of the citizens. PRESENTATION BY VALLEY VOLUNTEER BUREAU Mrs. Betty Stallings, Director of the Valley Volunteer Bureau, presented a proposal of this Volunteer Action Group, requesting financial assistance to carry on this program.
