Adoption of Resolution No. 77-70, approving Progress Payment on Water and Sewer Rate Study, to Stone and Youngberg in the amount of $3,750.00. f. Adoption of Resolution No. 77-71, approval of Contract with Murray School District regarding Comprehensive Employment and Training Act. g. Adoption of Resolution No. 77-72, acceptance of Grant Deeds from William H. and Adrienne Gale on Neal Street. It was moved by Councilmember LeClaire, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, that Resolution No. 77-73, reappointing Robert C. Philcox as ~yor of the City of Pleasanton for a one year term, be adopted. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, LeClaire, Mercer, and ~yor Philcox ~OES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAINED: Councilmember Herlihy Mayor Philcox thanked the Council for their support.
