It was moved by Councilmember LeClaire, and seconded by Councilmember <br />Mercer, that Ordinance No. 814, to be read by title only and waiving further <br />reading thereof, amending Section 2-5.04 of Article 1 (General), Chapter 2 <br />(Zoning), Title II (Zoning and Development) relating to the application of <br />the Pleasanton Zoning Chapter, be introduced. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and ;.L~yor Philcox <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Appeal of a decision of the Design Review Board to deny a si~ning program <br />proposed by Blaze Custom Signs for the Davey Ace Hardware Store to be <br />located at 1908 Santa Rite Road (Contd. Open from 2-14-77) <br />Mayor Philcox declared this item. continued Open to the meeting of March 14, <br />1977, at the request of the Attorney for the Appellant.
