Councilmember LeClaire asked that the motion be amended to require under <br />Section 4 that all agreements be approved by the City Attorney. Councilmembers <br />Herlihy and Mercer agreed to amend the original motion and second to include <br />this revision. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Repor~ Re: Approva! of AMreement Supplement re~ardip~ Traffic Stripping Funds <br />and Pavement Markers ProEXam <br /> Mr. Sooby presented his report dated February 8, 1977, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember LeClaire, <br />that Resolution No. 77-45, ap~roving Supplement No. 3 to the Local Agency - <br />State Agreement for Federal Aid Improvement Projects for Traffic Stripping and <br />Pavement Markers Program, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeCiaire, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />~tters for the Information of the Council <br /> Mr. Edgar presented his memorandum dated February 10, 1977, regarding <br />Proposed State Department of Corrections facility at Camp Parks. After dis- <br />cussion, Council concurred that the Mayor be authorized to send a letter to <br />the State Department of Corrections expressing the City's opposition to the <br />proposed facility at this site, with a copy of the letter sent to Assemblyman <br />Mori. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Herlihy expressed concern regarding problems that exist at <br />Santa Rita County Prison at the present time. Council requested Councilmember <br />Herlihy to investigate this matter further and report back to City Council. <br /> <br /> Mr. Edgar presented the memorandum of the Director of Planning dated <br />February 10, 1977, regarding design review approval of Oak Tree Center. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember LeClaire, and seconded by <br />Councilmember Mercer, that Resolution No. 77-46, indicating the City Council's <br />election to review the design review approval of Oak Tree Center at their <br />meeting of February 28, 1977, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, and Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAINED:Mayor Philcox <br /> <br /> Mr. Edgar presented a memorandum of the Director of Planning dated <br />February 10, 1977, regarding commercial property located north of the Inter- <br />section of Tassajara Road and Santa Rita Road. <br /> <br /> 8. 2/14/77 <br /> <br /> <br />
