<br /> Broadway, Walnut Creek, for consultant services necessary for the design
<br /> and inspection of the traffic signal installation at Santa Rita Road and
<br /> Valley Avenue for a fee not to exceed $7,300.00, and the two traffic
<br /> signal installations on l,~in Street including aerial photographs and artist
<br /> renderings of the proposed traffic signals for City Council review for a
<br /> fee not to exceed $8,800.00, and authorizing execution of the Agreements,
<br /> be adopted.
