Article I6~ Chapter 2, <br /> Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton to require two parking spaces <br /> per unit for multiple residential dwelling units containin5 three or more bedrooms and <br /> to require visitor parkinS. in the ratio of one space for each seven units on a multiple <br /> residential site <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report dated December 28, 1976, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> ~yor Philcox declared the public hearing open. <br />~ No one spoke in favor ~f or in opposition to this item. <br />..... D Mayor Philcox declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> ~' It was moved by Councilmember LeClaire, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, that <br /> Ordinance No. 805, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, amend- <br /> ing Subsection 1 of Section 2-9.16 (Schedule of Off-Street Parking Space ~equirements), <br /> Article 16 (Off-Street Parking Facilities), Chapter 2 (Zoning and'Development) of the <br /> Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton relating to parking requirements for dwelling <br /> and lodgings, be introduced. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox <br /> NOES: None <br /> __ ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Application of the Plannin~ Commission to fezone those properties located north of <br /> yigeyard Avenue, south of.the Arroyo del Valle from First Street east to the gity <br /> Limit Line (exCept for the Baptist Churc..h .property on First Street) from the RM-1500 <br /> District and RM-2500 District to the RM-4000 Dtstrict~ and two parcels located on <br /> the south side of Vineyard Avenue between Adams Way and Mavis Drive from the P~4-2500 <br /> District to the R-1-6500 District (Continued Open from 12-13-76) <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report dated December 8, 1976, regarding this matter.
