195 <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember LeClaire, <br />that Resolution No. 77-337, approving application for Holding Tank approval for <br />St. Clare's Episcopal Church, Hopyard Road at Valley Trails Drive, subject to <br />conditions presented in the report of the Director of Engineering Services dated <br />December 7, 1977, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Application for HQldipg Tank Approval for Alisal Masonic Lod~e~ HOpy~rd Road at <br />Valley Trails Drive <br /> Mr. Campbell presented the report of the Director of Engineering Services <br />dated December 7, 1977, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember LeClaire, <br />that Resolution No. 77-338, approving the application for Holding Tank approval <br />for Alisal Masonic Lodge, Hopyard Road at Valley Trails Drive, subject to condi- <br />tions presented in the report of the Director of Engineering Services dated De- <br />cember 7, 1977, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Final RepOrt; Stra.cturing a City Traffic Committee <br /> Mr. Brown presented his report dated December 5, 1977, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Herlihy, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, <br />that a City Traffic Committee not be formed as recommended in the report of the <br />City Manager dated December 5, 1977, and. that the staff prepare the appropriate <br />amendments to the Traffic Ordinance to delete the Traffic Advisory Committee, <br />for Council review and action. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: None <br />~3SENT: None <br /> <br /> Mayor Philcox stated the study prepared by the citizens ad hoc traffic com- <br />mittee was of great benefit. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Brandes commended the people who served on the citizens ad <br />hoc traffic committee and stated he felt a letter of thanks from the Mayor was <br />in order. Council concurred and instructed staff to prepare letters for the <br />~,~yor's signature. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Her!ihy requested a cost estimate to hire a traffic consultant <br />to assist in solving the traffic problems at the Amador Shopping Center, Valley <br />Avenue at Santa Rita Road. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF BO~tDS AN~ COMMISSIONS <br />Report, Re: Action Taken by the Design Review Board on Items at their Special <br />Meetin5 of November 29~ 1977 <br /> ~ .Harris presented his report dated November 30, 1977, regarding this matter, <br />for the information of the Council.
