Council instructed the City Manager to notify the owners of the structures <br />included in the Historical Landmark Study of this action. <br /> <br />Application for HoldinS Tank Approval by Earl Adams~ Building ~3~ 3657 Old Sa. nta <br />Rtta Road <br /> Mr. Campbell presented the report of the Director of Engineering Services <br />dated November 17, 1977, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> Councilmember LeClaire asked if the property owner was aware of the cost <br />involved in Holding Tank maintenance. She was advised he already had one Hold- <br />ing Tank at another building site. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, <br />that Resolution No. 77-230, approving application for Holding Tank by Earl Adams, <br />Building #3, 3657 Old Santa Rita Road, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />~option of Resolution Establishin~ a Pro Rata Char.~e for Each Candidate for <br />.the ~rch 7~ 1978~ Municipal Election <br /> Mr. Brown presented the report of the Assistant to the City Manager-Miller, <br />dated November 22, 1977, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember LeClaire, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, <br />that Resolution No. 77-321, establishing a pro rata charge for each candidate for <br />the ~rch 7, 1978, Municipal Election, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />}~tters for the Information of the Council <br /> Mr. Harris presented a communication from the County requesting a position <br />policy statement on development of 180 acres of land in the Mohr/Martin area. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by <br />Councilmember LeClaire, that the City Council establish a position policy on the <br />development of the Mohr/~rtin County area of five acre minimum lots. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Herlihy, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, <br />to encourage annexation of the Mohr/Martin County area to the City for the pur- <br />pose of providing police and fire services. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: Councilmember LeClaire <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> 9. 11/29/77 <br /> <br /> <br />
