<br />junction with Traffic Signal Project, Santa Rita Road at West Las Positas Boule-
<br />vard, with T J K M, Consultants, for a fee not to exceed $6,100.00, be adopted.

<br /> Councilmember Mercer requested that a letter be written to the Pleasanton

<br /> Mr. Harris presented his report dated October 19, 1977, regarding this matter.

<br /> After considerable discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and
<br />seconded by Councilmember Herlihy, that the City Council take a position in
<br />support of the East County Government Center being built on a site North of
<br />Stoneridge Drive and East of Hopyard Road.
