467 <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, <br />that Ordinance No. 833, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, <br />to rezone approximately 25.7 acres of land located on Johnson Industrial Drive at <br />the intersection of 1-580 and 1-680 from the I-G, 3 acre District to the I-G, 40,000 <br />District, and amending the Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton accordingly, be <br />introduced. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />,MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br />Further'Review of Alameda CoUnty. Planning Department Draft Repo~.t. on Sewage Disposal <br />.Systems <br /> Mr. Campbell presented his report dated September 7, 1977, regarding this <br />matter, and stated that Alameda County Planning Department had postponed decision <br />on this item until their meeting of September 19th. <br /> <br /> Council expressed many concerns regarding the report. Mayor Philcox especially <br />noted the lack of TDS discharge requirements in the Alameda County report. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by <br />Councilmember LeClaire, that Resolution No. 77-242, adopting Recommendations 1, <br />3 and 4 of the September 7, 1977, staff report, as the City Council's position <br />on use of package treatment plants, expressing City Council's opposition to the <br />Alameda County Planning Department Draft report on "Sewage Disposal System Policy" <br />and the reasons thereto, and instructing staff to write a letter to Alameda County <br />Planning Department and Zone 7, for the Mayor's signature, transmitting this <br />position, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and }~yor Philcox <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> In connection with this matter, Mayor Philcox requested that the Council <br />take a position on SB-430, and instructed the City Attorney to prepare a report <br />on this item for the meeting of September 20th. <br /> <br />Further Discussion~ Re: Historical Landmark Overlay District Advisory Committee <br /> Mayor Philcox declared this item continued to September 20, 1977, due to length <br />of this meeting. <br /> <br />SPECIAL REPORTS <br /> There were no Special Reports scheduled for presentation at this meeting. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS <br />Namin8 of Park Site (Center Park-T) Heritage Valley Ar. ea~ Morrison Homes <br /> Mayor Philcox declared this item continued to September 20, 1977, due to length <br />of this meeting. <br /> <br /> 7. 9/13/77 <br /> <br /> <br />
