The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmen Brandes, Butler, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilman Kephart <br /> <br /> Approval of Expenditure of Funds until Adoption of 1978-79 Budyet <br /> Mr. Brown presented his report dated June 21, 1978, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, <br />that Resolution No. 78-174, authorizing the City Manager to continue to make <br />expenditures as necessary after July 1, 1978, prior to adoption of the Final <br />Operating Budget for 1978-79, expenditures to be based on proposed budget pre- <br />sented to the City Council on April 20, 1978, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Brandes, Butler, l~od, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilman Kephart <br /> <br />Application for Holding Tank Approval for P & M Developers (Ted Myers) for <br />Office Building Cpmp!ex on Mohr Avenue <br /> Mr. Campbell presented the report of the Director of Engineering Services <br />dated June 22, 1978, regarding this matter, and stating that Condition 5 should <br />be changed from 1,000 gallons to 2,000 gallons. <br /> <br /> Councilmember.Brandes indicated that the developer should be made aware that <br />he is in the DSRSD area. Mr. Myers stated he was aware of this. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by <br />Councilmember Brandes, that Resolution No. 78-175, approving application for <br />Holding Tank for P & M Developers (Ted Myers) for Office Building Complex on <br />Mohr Avenue, subject to the following conditions: (1) that the property owner <br />enter into a Standard Holding Tank Agreement with the City prior to issuance <br />of a building permit for this development; (2) that the property owners acknow- <br />ledge in writing their understanding of the probable magnitude of monthly pump- <br />ing charges and that they are able and willing to meet this commitment as long <br />as the holding tank is necessary; (3) that approval be granted for a one-year <br />period; (4) that the property owners acknowledge in writing, prior to issuance <br />of a building permit, their understanding of the time limit of this approval <br />and that City Council is not obligated to automatically grant approval for <br />continued use of the holding tank; (5) that the holding tank be pumped out at <br />least one time every fourteen (14) days if monthly volume exceeds 2,000 gallons; <br />(6) that detailed plans showing the location, construction materials and details <br />as well as all other pertinent data concerning this holding tank be submitted to <br />and approved by the Director of Engineering Services prior to issuance of a <br />building permit; and (7) that the capacity of the holding tank be a minimum of <br />5,000 gallons, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Brandes, Butler, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSD]T: Councilman Kephart <br /> <br />Matters for the Information of the Council <br /> Mr. Brown stated that preliminary property tax figures had been received <br />from the State, and he anticipated having the Budget public hearing on July 11, <br />1978. <br /> <br /> 11. 6/27/78 <br /> <br /> <br />
