45z After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, that Resolution No. 78-118, determining, on the basis of a review of initial environmental study done for this project, that no signifi- cant environmental impact would occur as outlined in the City's guidelines and that a Negative Declaration is appropriate to rezone approximately 60 acres of land located between Crellin Road and the City Limit line at the end of Arbor Drive from the R-1-6500 and R-i-20,000 (Single Family Residential) Districts to the PUD (Planned Unit Development), be adopted. He stated that Condition No. 5 of Planning Commission Resolution No. 1634, was unclear and should read "that on the South side of Building B, and on the North and South side of Building A, the wood trim should be continued and be covered with stucco". Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on the negative declaration and the application. No one in the audience spoke in favor of or in opposition to this item. Council stated they would like to discuss this matter with the applicant. Mr. Harris informed Council that the applicant was attend- ing another meeting but could be present in a few minutes.
