393 It was moved by Councilmember Brandes to amend the application to omit any property on the East side of ~uirwood Drive from the Planned Unit Development. After discussion, Councilmember Brandes withdrew his motion. After further discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that Resolution No. 78-103, determining after review and consideration of the environmental impact report for a medium density residential development located between Alder Court and Lemonwood Way along the extension of Muirwood Drive, make the finding that there will be no significant adverse en- vironmental impact with the exception of noise, be adopted. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Wood, and Mayor Mercer NOES: Councilmember Brandes ABSENT: None It was moved by Mayor Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, that Ordinance No. 851, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, for a planned unit development for a medium density residential development com- prising 51 single family, zero-lot line homes similar to the existing Oakhill development, on a 12 acre site, located between Alder Court and Lemonwood Way along the extension of Muirwood Drive, subject to conditions set forth in Planning Commission Resolution No. 1630, be introduced.
