Contribution to the tIousing Fund = 15 points <br /> - Extend to which the project contributes to the City- <br /> designated housing corporation according to the <br /> following schedule: <br /> <br /> $130 per dwelling unit - 1 point <br /> $160 per dwelling unit - 2 points <br /> $190 per dwelling unit - 3 points <br /> $220 per dwelling unit - 4 points <br /> $250 per dwelling unit - 5 points <br /> $280 per dwelling unit - 6 points <br /> $310 per dwelling unit - 7 points <br />Lf~ $340 per dwelling unit - 8 points <br />C~ $370 per dwelling unit - 9 points <br />~ $400 per dwelling unit - 10 points <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, and Mercer <br /> NOES: Mayor Philcox <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Council discussion ensued regarding residential mix between housing types. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Herlihy, <br /> that the City Council will allocate available units for both single family and <br /> multiples and that if those units are not used up in any allocation year they are <br /> held in the same category until the next year, and can be used in that category <br /> consistent with the General Plan, and are subject to review every five years. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Mayor Philcox recessed the meeting at 9:45 P.M. <br /> <br /> Mayor Philcox reconvened the meeting at 9:55 P.M. <br /> <br /> Decide which alternative shall be used <br /> Council discussion ensued regarding Alternatives 4, 5 and 7. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Herlihy, <br /> that Alternative 7 be adopted to implement the Residential Allocation Program but <br /> that neither the Sunol nor DSRSD's area of Pleasanton allocation fall below 25% <br /> of the yearly allocations, and that there be two separate pools for the alloca- <br /> tions. <br /> <br /> After discussion, Councilmember Brandes withdrew his motion, and Councilmember <br /> Herlihy withdrew his second. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Mayor Philcox, that <br /> upon consolidation of sewer treatment plants the amount of capacity set aside <br /> for the Sunol Plant phase-out be preserved for future developments in the area <br /> of Pleasanton in the Sunol Plant service area, and that connections be monitored <br /> from year to year so that the amount of capacity remaining available to the <br /> Sunol and DSRSD areas of the City of Pleasanton will be available, and that <br /> this be reflected in the Community Development Element. <br /> <br /> 5. 2/23/78 <br /> <br /> <br />
