Councilmember Brandes reiterated his position in opposition to changing the category of "Automotive Sales and Services" in the CR(P) District from condi- tionally permitted to a permitted use because of lack of control on planning. It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that an ordinance, amending the permitted and conditionally permitted uses in the CR~I) and CR(P) Districts as recommended by the Planning Commission and in addition a category of Tiles, Batteries and Accessories of major department stores be shown as Permitted in the CR(M) and CR(P) Districts, be adopted.
