Albert to serve as a member on the Housing Authority Board, to fill the expired seat of Penny Deleray, said term to expire January 25, 1983, be adopted. Mr. Campbell advised that there vas a delay in delivery of the controller and that he would follow up on this matter. Mayor Mercer inquired as to the disposition of surplus City vehicles. Mr. Brown advised these vehicles had been offered to Wholesalers and retailers, and were now out to bid to the public with a closing bid date of December 28. ~yor Mercer stated that the Park and Recreation Commission, at their last meeting, requested that a minimum amount of the approximately $201,000.00 grant funds be expended for engineering services in order that the maximum amount may be used for development of the Youth Sports Park. 3. 12/19/78
