<br />direct staff to solicit applications for the two tenant commissioner positions
<br />on the Housing Authority Board, that the Council conduct interviews before the
<br />meeting of October 10, 1978, and that the present commissioners, Ms. Governor
<br />and Ms. Caughron, continue to serve in the interim.
