It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that Ordinance No. 860, amending Subsection 3 (Office, Commercial and Industrial Uses not in C-N or C-R Districts), of Section 2-9.16 (Schedule of Off-Street Parking Space Requirements), of Article 16 (Off-Street Parking), Chapter 2, (Zoning), Title II (Zoning and Development) of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton relating to Liquor Stores Parking Spaces, be adopted. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, Wood, and Mayor Mercer NOES: None ABSEnt: None ABSTAINED:Councilman Brandes Adoption of Ordinance No. 8~!.~ to fezone the approximately thirty-two acre site located ~mmediately north of the Western Pacific Railroad tracks and west of Valley Avenue Extension from the PUD (Industrial) to ,the .!-G~40~0.0.0 District~ and amending the Zonin~ Map of the City. of Pleasanton accordingly ~yor Mercer stated this ordinance was introduced on August 29, 1978, be a vote of 3-Ayes, 2-Absent, and that it was now in order to adopt the ordinance.
