Amendments to 1978-79 Budget and Capital Improvement ProGram <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, <br /> that Resolution No. 79-103, approving amendments to the 1978-79 Budget and Capital <br /> Improvement Program as follows: <br /> <br /> General Fund: <br /> The General Fund June 30, 1979, balance of $1,255,110 be appropriated <br /> into a contingency reserve. <br /> <br /> Capital Improvement Funds: <br /> The June 30, 1979, fund balances in each of the Capital Improvements <br /> Funds shown below be reserved for Capital Improvement Projects: <br /> <br /> Fund Estimated Balance <br /> 2107 Gas Tax $ 40,851 <br /> 2106 Gas Tax 390,502 <br /> County Gas Tax 93,706 <br /> Street Improvement 33,100 <br /> Sewer Improvement and Phase Out 506,532 <br /> Annexation Fee 6,803 <br /> Water Improvement 9,032 <br /> Capital Improvement 293,067 <br /> Neighborhood Park 301,818 <br /> <br /> The following projects be appropriated and the 1978-79 Capital Improvement <br /> Program be amended to include: <br /> <br /> Fire Apparatus - Tela Squirt $161,878 <br /> Design of new Police Building 65,000 <br /> Design of Fire Station No. 3 45,000 <br /> <br />be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Adjustment in Se~er SerVice Charg.es. <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, to <br />have the single-family and multiple rates the same. After discussion, Council- <br />member Wood withdrew his motion, and Councilmember Butler withdrew his second. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mayor Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, that <br />Resolution No. 79-104, amending Resolution No. 77-123 (Establishing Fees and <br />Charges for Various Municipal Services of the City of Pleasanton) to provide for <br />adjustment in Sewer Service charges, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, Mercer, and Mayor Brandes <br />~OES: Councilman Wood <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by ~Myor Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, that <br />Ordinance No. 892, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, <br />amending Chapter 8 of Title II, Pleasanton Ordinance Code, relating to sewer <br />service rates, be introduced. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, Mercer, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: Councilman Wood <br />ABSEnt: None <br /> 7. 6/26/79 <br /> <br /> <br />
