The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmen Kephart, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Brandes NOES: None ABSENT: Councilman Butler It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that Ordinance No. 887, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, to prezone a one-acre parcel of land located at 6248 Amber Lane to the R-i-40,000 (Single-Family Residential) District, and amending the Zoning ~,~p of the City of Pleasanton accordingly, be introduced. Mayor Brandes declared the public hearing open on the application and the negative declaration. Mr. Brad Hirst, representing the applicant, stated his client was in complete agreement with the staff and Planning Commission recommendation for approval. No one in the audience spoke in opposition to this item. There being no further testimony, Mayor Brandes declared the public hearing closed on the application and the negative declaration. It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, that Resolution No. 79-91, determining on the basis of a review of initial en- vironmental study done for this project, that no significant environmental impact Cit ' would occur as outlined in the y s guidelines and that a Negative Declaration is appropriate to fezone a 1.75 acre site located at 5305 Hopyard Road from the C-F (Freeway Commercial) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) District, be adopted.
