It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that Ordinance No. 888, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, to rezone a 1.75 acre site located at 5305 Hopyard Road from the C-F (Freeway Com- mercial) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) District and amending the Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton accordingly, and that the development plan for the 10,000 sq. ft. commercial building be approved subject to all conditions contained in the 5/9/79 staff report to the Planning Commission, be introduced. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmen Kephart, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Brandes NOES: None ABSENT: Councilman Butler Application of Castlewood Enterprises to rezone a 1.56 acre site located on the east side of Sunol Boulevard immediately southerly of Juntpero Street from the nS" (S6~d7) District to the "O" (Office) District. The Cit7 Council maX rezone the property as requested or to any other designation consistent with the General Plan Mr. Harris presented his report dated May 15, 1979, regarding this matter. Mayor Brandes declared the public hearing open. Mr. Ted Fairfield, partner of Castlewood Enterprises, requested approval of the application. No one in the audience spoke in opposition to this item. There being no further testimony, Mayor Brandes, declared the public hearing closed.
