.MATTERS CONTINUFD FOR DECISION AdOption of Ordinance No. 883, .appr.oval of a hillside planned development consistin5 of a 10-lot, single-family residential subdivision located on a 50 acre site north- westerly of the existing terminus of Longview Drive. The site is zoned HPD (Hillside Planned Development) District Mayor Brandes stated this Ordinance was introduced on April 24, 1979, by a vote of 3-Ayes and 2-Noes, and that it was now in order to adopt the Ordinance. Mayor Brandes made minor typographical corrections to the conditions attached. It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that Ordinance No. 883, approving a development plan for a 10-lot single-family residential ~ subdivision on an approximately 50 acre site located northwesterly of the existing Z terminus of Longview Drive filed by L and H Land Company under application #PUD-78-1, CC subject to conditions, be adopted. ~T.~, The roll call vote was as follows: '%'~ AYES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, Wood, and Mayor Brandes '~ NOES: Councilman Mercer ABSEnt: None SPECIAL REPORTS There were no Special Reports presented at this meeting. REPORTS OF BOARDS AN~ COMMISSIONS Plannin~ Commission Recommended Changes to the Residential Allocation Program Mr. Harris presented his report dated May 2, 1979, regarding this matter. After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Council- member Wood, that Council continue this item until after review of a report from the Planning Department in July pertaining to a series of proposed changes to the Resi- dential Allocation Program. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, Mercer, Wood, and ~yor Brandes ~OES: None ABSENT: None Mayor Brandes requested that a workshop be scheduled between City Council, Planning Commission, developers, and staff to discuss various concerns and recommendations re- garding the Residential Allocation Program. Council concurred, and instructed staff to schedule the meeting for a mutually convenient time in June. REPORTS OF THE CITY ~NAGER Proposed Annexation No. 75 Mr. Campbell presented his report dated May 1, 1979, regarding this matter. After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Council- member Butler, that Resolution No. 79-81, making application to Alameda County Local Agency Formation Connnission requesting initiation of proceedings for proposed Annexa- tion No. 75 pursuant to the Municipal Organization Act of 1977, for the improvement of Foothill Road from 1-580 to southerly of Stoneridge Drive, be adopted.
