.MATTERS CONTINUFD FOR DECISION <br /> AdOption of Ordinance No. 883, .appr.oval of a hillside planned development consistin5 <br /> of a 10-lot, single-family residential subdivision located on a 50 acre site north- <br /> westerly of the existing terminus of Longview Drive. The site is zoned HPD (Hillside <br /> Planned Development) District <br /> Mayor Brandes stated this Ordinance was introduced on April 24, 1979, by a vote of <br /> 3-Ayes and 2-Noes, and that it was now in order to adopt the Ordinance. <br /> <br /> Mayor Brandes made minor typographical corrections to the conditions attached. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that <br /> Ordinance No. 883, approving a development plan for a 10-lot single-family residential <br />~ subdivision on an approximately 50 acre site located northwesterly of the existing <br />Z terminus of Longview Drive filed by L and H Land Company under application #PUD-78-1, <br />CC subject to conditions, be adopted. <br />~T.~, The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> '%'~ AYES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br /> '~ NOES: Councilman Mercer <br /> ABSEnt: None <br /> <br /> SPECIAL REPORTS <br /> There were no Special Reports presented at this meeting. <br /> <br /> REPORTS OF BOARDS AN~ COMMISSIONS <br /> Plannin~ Commission Recommended Changes to the Residential Allocation Program <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report dated May 2, 1979, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Council- <br /> member Wood, that Council continue this item until after review of a report from the <br /> Planning Department in July pertaining to a series of proposed changes to the Resi- <br /> dential Allocation Program. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, Mercer, Wood, and ~yor Brandes <br /> ~OES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Mayor Brandes requested that a workshop be scheduled between City Council, Planning <br /> Commission, developers, and staff to discuss various concerns and recommendations re- <br /> garding the Residential Allocation Program. Council concurred, and instructed staff <br /> to schedule the meeting for a mutually convenient time in June. <br /> <br /> REPORTS OF THE CITY ~NAGER <br /> Proposed Annexation No. 75 <br /> Mr. Campbell presented his report dated May 1, 1979, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Council- <br /> member Butler, that Resolution No. 79-81, making application to Alameda County Local <br /> Agency Formation Connnission requesting initiation of proceedings for proposed Annexa- <br /> tion No. 75 pursuant to the Municipal Organization Act of 1977, for the improvement <br /> of Foothill Road from 1-580 to southerly of Stoneridge Drive, be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, Mercer, Wood, and ~yor Brandes <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Castlewood Water and Sewer Services <br /> Mr. Campbell presented his report dated ~y 1, 1979, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> 5/8/79 <br /> <br /> <br />
