It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, that. Resolution No. 79-51, after hearing no objections to the Weed Abatement Program for 1979, authorize the appropriate staff members to proceed with the abatement of the nuisance caused by noxious or dangerous weeds growing on cer- tain properties in the City of Pleasanton as more particularly set forth in Exhibit A to Resolution No. 79-48, be adopted.
