<br />agreement between Willow West Properties, Inc., and the City can be negotiated
<br /> to the satisfaction of both parties and that the City Council direct the staff
<br />to negotiate an appropriate agreement with Willow West Properties, Inc., and '
<br />return the agreement to the City Council for final review and action.

<br />Application from Harry HempX for Septic Ta~k Approyal~ 5000 Foothill Road
<br /> Mr. Brown advised that on July 28, 1978, Council had considered a Variance
<br />for lot line adjustment under a public hearing, and that the public hearing had
<br />been continued open while staff further investigated the matter. After staff
<br />review, it was determined that a Variance was not required and the lot line
<br />adjustment was approved at staff level. Mr. Brown stated that it was now in
<br />order to close the public hearing.

<br />that the public hearing on the appeal of Harry Hempy to a decision of the Board
<br />of Adjustment denying his application for a Variance from the requirements of
<br />the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton to allow the reparcelization of
<br />approximately 12.5 acres of land located on the west side of Foothill Road near
<br />its intersection with Highland Oaks Drive ~continued Open from 7-25-78), be
<br />closed.

<br />that Resolution No. 79-37, approving the application of Harry Hempy for septic
<br />tank at 5000 Foothill Road, subject to conditions listed in the staff report
<br />dated March 7, 1979, be adopted.
