The site is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development) District <br /> <br />An Environmental Impact Report (EIR) has been prepared for this propo. s~d project. <br />COpies of the draft EIR are available for review at the Plannin~ DiviSiq~,..200' <br />Bernal Avenue~ Pleasanton~ and at the Pleasanton Library.~. 4.333 Black Avenue <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report dated March 7, 1979, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Brandes declared the'public hearing open on the application and the <br />Environmental Impact Report. <br /> <br /> Mr. Ron Andrade, Civil Engineer, MacKay and Somps, representing the Chamber- <br />lain Group, stated he felt this development was an exceptionally good plan, and <br />that the developer was agreeable to the conditions established by the Planning <br />Commission. <br /> <br /> No one spoke in opposition to the application or the Environmental Impact <br />Report. <br /> <br /> There being no further public testimony, Mayor Brandes declared the public <br />hearing closed on the application and Environmental Impact Report. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, <br />that Resolution No. 79-35, making the finding that the Environmental Impact Report <br />prepared for the Chamberlain Group is acceptable for the project filed under <br />PUD-78-5, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, <br />that Ordinance No. 879, to be read by title only and waiving further reading <br />thereof, approving the application of the Chamberlain Group for development plan <br />approval for a 75 lot, single-family subdivision on a 64 acre site located at the <br />eastern end of Arbor Drive in Vintage Hills zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />District, be introduced. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSEi~: None <br /> <br />Appeal of Brad Hirst to the decision of the Design Review Board prohibitin5 .e~ress <br />onto HoDyard Road from the ..Burger. Kin~ Restaurant proposed to be located app.rpxi- <br />mat~!y 700 feet south of 1-580 on the east side of Hopyard Road <br /> <br />Appeal of the City Council of a decision of the Design Review Board approving the <br />design ~£ a Burger King Restaurant .proposed to be constructon on the east side of <br />~gpyard Road approximately 700 feet south of 1-580 <br /> Mayor Brandes stated these two items would be considered at the same time. <br /> <br /> 5. 3/13/79 <br /> <br /> <br />
