Mayor Brandes declared the'public hearing open on the application and the Environmental Impact Report. Mr. Ron Andrade, Civil Engineer, MacKay and Somps, representing the Chamber- lain Group, stated he felt this development was an exceptionally good plan, and that the developer was agreeable to the conditions established by the Planning Commission. No one spoke in opposition to the application or the Environmental Impact Report. There being no further public testimony, Mayor Brandes declared the public hearing closed on the application and Environmental Impact Report. It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, that Resolution No. 79-35, making the finding that the Environmental Impact Report prepared for the Chamberlain Group is acceptable for the project filed under PUD-78-5, be adopted. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Brandes NOES: None ABSENT: None It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, that Ordinance No. 879, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approving the application of the Chamberlain Group for development plan approval for a 75 lot, single-family subdivision on a 64 acre site located at the eastern end of Arbor Drive in Vintage Hills zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development) District, be introduced.
