Councilmember Mercer suggested that a letter be sent <br />to rheABAG Area-wide Clearinghouse advising them of the City of Pleasanton's in- <br />terest in Project 2586, a grant application of DSRSD for the study of sludge pro- <br />cessing and disposal alternatives to assure that key elements of the study will <br />relate to potential groundwater degradation and odor problems that may be associated <br />with the various sludge disposal alternatives. Mr. Brown advised this was done on <br />November 21st. Councilmember Wood requested that this letter also be sent to the <br />Solid Waste Management Authority.
