Mayor Brandes stated that three Councilmen, Butler, Mercer, and <br /> himself, had attended a meeting with Mayor Hayes at the League of California Cities <br /> Conference regarding this matter, and that he shared Councilmember Butler's concern <br /> regarding this matter.
