(6,500 sq. ft. minimum lot size) to the R-i-20,000 (Single-Family Residential) Dis- <br /> trict (20,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size), be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Mayor Brandes, that Ordi- <br />nance No. 912, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approv- <br />ing the application of Castlewood Interprises to rezone a 9.84+ acre site located on <br />the east side of Foothill Road approximately 550 feet south of Bernal Avenue from the <br />R-1-6500 (SiDgle-Family Residential) District (6,500 sq. ft. minimum lot size) to the <br />R-i-20,000 (Single-Family Residential) District (20,000 sq..ft. minimum lot size), <br />and amending the Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton accordingly, be introduced. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Determination of whether public neCesSity, health~ safety, or welfare require the <br />formation of an underSround utility district~ UUD 80-1~ on W~st Angela Street from <br />Main Street to First Street <br /> Mr. Campbell presented his report dated October 4, 1979, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Brandes declared the public hearing open on this item. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in favor of or in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> Mayor Brandes declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, that <br />Resolution No. 79-186, after hearing no protests to this item, approve the estab- <br />lishing of Underground Utility District No. 80-1, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, Mercer.
