SPECIAL REPORTS Request of Jerry Georgatos for a determination as to whether the multiple residential complex proposed for the southwest corner of Augustine Street and Rose Avenue may be constructed as condominimums (Continued from 8-28-79~ dRe' to split vote) Mayor Brandes stated this item had been continued from the meeting of August 28, 1979, because of a split vote on the decision. Mayor Brandes stated that after re- viewing additional information regarding RAP approval for the five additional sewer permits, he would be changing his vote on this matter. It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, that the request of Jerry Georgatos for a determination as to whether the multiple resi- dential complex proposed for the southwest corner of Augustine Street and Rose Avenue may be constructed as condominiums, be approved. Annexation Request: Laurence Pignataro~ Sr.~ 20 agres on Sycamore Road Mr. Brown presented his report dated September 13, 1979, regarding this matter. Council discussion ensued regarding not granting any more annexations until after a report from the City Council/Planning Commission/Staff Committee reviewing the Urbanizatton Line, which is expected to be completed in early December. It was moved by Mayor Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that Resolu- tion No. 79-175, denying the annexation request of Laurence Pignataro, St., for 20 acres on Sycamore Road, be adopted. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Brandes NOES: None ABSENT: None It was moved by Mayor Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that Resolu- tion No. 79-176, determining to deny all annexation requests unt.il after completion of a report by the City Council/Planning Commission/Staff Committee regarding the City's Urbanization Line, be adopted.
