It was moved by Councilmember. Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, that Ordinance No. 909, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, rezoning a 9.1 acre site located east of Santa Rita Road approximately 120 feet north of Mohr Avenue from the P (Public and Institutional) District to PUD (Planned Unit Development) District, designating uses as follows: that the northern 3.6 acres of the property owned by Ms. Myers be utilized for central commercial uses; that the balance of the property owned by Ms. Myers (4.5 acres) be devoted to office uses; and that the 1 acre parcel owned by Drs. Schlies and Clementson be zoned 0 (Office) District and not be part of the Myers PUD, and amending the Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton accordingly, be introduced.
