Mayor Brandes stated that because of the split vote on this item, the public <br />hearing on this matter would be reopened and continued to the City Council meeting <br />in December when General Plan amendments are next considered. <br /> <br />Adoption of Resolution No. 79-147 <br /> Resolution No. 79-147, is hereby adopted approving the following General Plan <br />amendments by the roll call vote shown above on each item: <br /> <br /> GP-79-18, General Plan Amendment for the Augusta Property, 3963 <br /> Stanley Boulevard <br /> <br /> GP-79-12, General Plan Amendment for a 60 acre parcel on the south <br /> side of Johnson Drive (Flying "J", Inc.) <br /> <br /> GP-79-14, General Plan Amendment for a 74 acre site adjacent to <br /> Longview development (Joseph Boatright and Raymond Goodrich) <br /> <br /> GP-79-7, General Plan Amendment for Property at Pico and Vineyard <br /> (Castlewood Properties, Inc., Art Dunkley) <br /> <br /> GP-79-6, General Plan Amendment for a 96 acre site on the north <br /> side of Bernal Avenue (Alfred Fromm) <br /> <br /> GP-79-11, General Plan Amendment for a 5 acre site on Happy Valley <br /> Road (John Caroline and Ken Gooch) <br /> <br /> GP-79-16, General Plan Amendment for a 1.8 acre site at Happy <br /> Valley Road and Pleasanton-Sunol Road (J. Jack Bras) <br /> <br />Adoption of Resolution No. 79-148 <br /> Resolution No. 79-148, is hereby adopted denying the following General Plan <br />amendments by the roll call vote shown above on each item: <br /> <br /> GP-79-9, General Plan Amendment for the remaining 240 acres of <br /> the Ransen Ranch (Ponderosa Homes), denied without prejudice <br /> <br /> GP-79-15, General Plan Amendment to change the location of the <br /> Shopping Center BART station site (Taubman Company) (Continued <br /> to the next Land Use Element amendment meeting in December) <br /> <br /> GP-79-17, General Plan Amendment for a 1.1 acre site located <br /> north of Fire Station No. 3 (Iver Hilde and Wally Wallner) <br /> (Continued to the next Land Use Element amendment meeting in <br /> December) <br /> <br /> Councilmember Mercer asked about the status of these applications in light <br />of the condominium ordinance. The City Attorney advised he would research the <br />matter and report back to Council. <br /> <br />Appeal b7 the Stoneson~Development Corporation of a condition of approval by the <br />Design Review Board of a 158 unit condominium project proposed to be constructed <br />on the south side of Stoneridge Drive between Pleasant Hill Drive and Springdale <br />Avenue~' said Condition requiring the ownership and maintenance of that p.ortion <br />of Gold Creek between Pleasant Hill Drive and Springdale Avenue by the condomin- <br />ium homeowners association <br /> Mayor Brandes declared the public hearing open on this item and continued to <br />the meeting of September 11, 1979, 8:00 P.M., at the Fairgrounds Cafeteria, at <br />the request of the applicant. <br /> <br /> 19. 8/28/79 <br /> <br /> <br />
