The City Cguncil .~ay recom- <br />mend the above chanSe or any other designation it deems appropriate <br /> <br />On the basis of an Initial Study of the potential environmental impacts of the <br />projec.t,_ the Director of Planning and Commu.nity Development has determined that <br />the prop0s.ed project would not have any potential significant adverse effects on <br />the environment and that an environmental impact report need not b~ prepared. <br />This Initial .~tudX is available for review at the Planning.
