Adoption of Resolution No. 80-325, accepting Project No. 80-4, Peters Avenue and <br /> St. John Street water lines, approving final payment to Tom's Backhoe in the <br /> amount of $11,659.50, transferring $205.00 from the Water Improvement Fund to <br /> this project account, and authorization to file Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />j. Adoption of Resolution No. 80-327, approving change in owner/developer of Tract <br /> 4239, Twelve Oaks Unit No. 1, and approving the final map under the new owner- <br /> ship. <br /> <br />1. Adoption of Resolution No. 80-328, approving License from Southern Pacific <br /> Transportation Company to install, operate and maintain an Underground Sanitary <br /> Sewer Line beneath S.P.T.C. Track and Property crossing the centerline of said <br /> Tracks at Engineer's Station 1532+82, Mile Post 41.82 near Stanley Boulevard <br /> and California Avenue. <br /> <br />m. Adoption of Resolution No. 80-329, approving Plans for the construction of the <br /> sanitary sewer outfall line from California Avenue to Jensen Street Pump Station, <br /> acceptance of a Public Service Easement and approval of a license from Western <br /> Pacific Railroad Company, and authorizing the City Manager to file with the <br /> Recorder of Alameda County, California, said documents of conveyance described <br /> above where the City of Pleasanton is the Grantee, and to execute in behalf of <br /> the City, the Certificate of Acceptance to permit said documents to be recorded. <br /> <br />n. Adoption of Resolution No. 80-330, approving the Traffic Signal Maintenance <br /> Agreement between the City and Signal Maintenance, Inc., for a term of five <br /> years, and authorizing its execution by the Mayor and City Clerk. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCILMEMBERS <br /> Councilmember Mohr stated she would like to discuss a moratorium on condominium <br />conversions. It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, <br />that Council place a moratorium on condominium conversions and mobile home parks, <br />and to those applications that have not been finaled, for a period of four months. <br />Councilmember Butler stated he felt it was out of order to adopt a moratorium before <br />consideration of the condominium ordinance to be heard later on the agenda. Council- <br />member Kephart stated he would like to hear public input before voting on a mora-. <br />torium. After further discussion, Councilmember Mohr withdrew her motion, and <br />Councilmember Wood withdrew his second. <br /> <br /> 2. 12/23/80 <br /> <br /> <br />
