Frank to <br />fezone from the C-F (Commercial Free~ay) District to the C-C (Central Commercial) <br />District the 2.54~acre site located at the southeast corner of Foothill Road and <br />Stonerid.~e Drive <br />(Intro. 10-28-80~ 4-Ayes, lrAbsent) <br />Mayor Mercer stated that Ordinance No. 947 was introduced on October 28, 1980, <br />by a vote of 4-Ayes, 1-Absent, and that it was now in order to adopt the ordinance. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that <br />Ordinance No. 947, approving the application of Robert E.
