After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Mayor <br />Mercer, not to include the extension of Railroad Avenue from Spring Street to Ray <br />Street in the General Plan Amendments at this time. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Council- <br />member Butler, to change the east side of First Street from Kotttnger Avenue to <br />Abbie Street from High Density Residential to Medium Density Residential. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Council- <br />member Butler, not to change the three parcels totalling 3.5 acres located on the <br />east side of Tassajara Road north of Fire Station No. 3 from High Density Residen- <br />tial to Commercial and Offices. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmember Mohr <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, <br />approving General Plan Amendments as follows: <br /> <br /> Change the approximately 4 acre Deetz property located at the north end <br /> of Pleasanton Avenue from Medium Density Residential to High Density <br /> Residential; <br /> <br /> Change the two parcels totalling approximately 3 acres containing multiple- <br /> family residences and located between Pleasanton Avenue, Division Street <br /> and the Arroyo del Valle from Medium Density Residential to High Density <br /> Residential; <br /> <br /> Reduce the width of that portion of Loma Alta Park shown extended to <br /> Fairlands Drive so that it is indicated simply as an access way between <br /> Fairlands Drive and the main part of the park; <br /> <br /> Eliminate the Urbanization Line (Limit of Urbanization 1996) completely <br /> from the General Plan. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and b~yor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> The City Attorney requested that these General Plan Amendment changes and the <br />following two General Plan Amendment applications be incorporated into one resolu- <br />tion for adoption. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that <br />Resolution No. 80-260, determining on the basis of a review of initial environmental <br />study done for this project, that no significant environmental impact would occur <br /> <br /> 9. lO/14/S0 <br /> <br /> <br />
