After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Mayor Mercer, not to include the extension of Railroad Avenue from Spring Street to Ray Street in the General Plan Amendments at this time. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer NOES: None ABSENT: None After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Council- member Butler, not to change the three parcels totalling 3.5 acres located on the east side of Tassajara Road north of Fire Station No. 3 from High Density Residen- tial to Commercial and Offices. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Wood, and Mayor Mercer NOES: Councilmember Mohr ABSENT: None It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, approving General Plan Amendments as follows: Change the approximately 4 acre Deetz property located at the north end of Pleasanton Avenue from Medium Density Residential to High Density Residential; Change the two parcels totalling approximately 3 acres containing multiple- family residences and located between Pleasanton Avenue, Division Street and the Arroyo del Valle from Medium Density Residential to High Density Residential; Reduce the width of that portion of Loma Alta Park shown extended to Fairlands Drive so that it is indicated simply as an access way between Fairlands Drive and the main part of the park; Eliminate the Urbanization Line (Limit of Urbanization 1996) completely from the General Plan.
