241 <br /> <br /> Change 10 acres of the Medium Density Residential property located on the <br /> west side of the extension of Valley Avenue in the Del Prado area to High <br /> Density Residential in such a manner that High Density Residential would <br /> then extend from Hansen Drive northeastward to the proposed tennis center <br /> park at Hopyard Road and Valley Avenue; <br /> <br /> Add a 5 acre neighborhood park to the western part of the Del Prado area; <br /> <br /> Change the K-5 school site southwest of the Arroyo Mocho and Southern <br /> Pacific Railroad tracks to Medium Density Residential; <br /> <br /> Change the 40 acre high school site on Sycamore Road to Low Density Resi- <br /> dential; <br /> <br /> Change the area between the Sycamore Road high school site and Sunol <br /> Boulevard from Medium Density Residential to Low Density Residential. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Mayor Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember <br />Kephart, not to change the approximately 1.1 acre site located between the exten- <br />sion of Pico Avenue and St. Augustine's Church from Medium Density Residential to <br />High Density Residential. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmember Butler <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mohr to change the 9.4 acre <br />site located at the northeast corner of Vineyard-Tawny-Pico intersection from <br />Public and Institutional to High Density Residential. <br /> <br /> The motion died for lack of a second. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, <br />to change the 9.4 acre site located at the northeast corner of Vineyard-Tawny-Pico <br />intersection from Public and Institutional to Medium Density Residential. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mayor Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, to change <br />all relatively flat land (under approximately 10% slope) lying southeast of St. <br />Augustine's Catholic Church from Open Space for Public Health and Safety to Low <br />Density Residential; this area should not exceed 100 acres in size. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> 8. 10/14/80 <br /> <br /> <br />
