This Initial Study is available for review at the Plannin~ Division, 200 Bengal._ Avenue, Pleasanton. Comments on this decision may be directed to either the Planning staff prior to the above meeting date~ or. directly to the City Council at the above noticed meettn~ Mr. Harris presented his report dated October 7, 1980, regarding this matter. Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on the application and the Negative Declaration. Mr. Robert Meyer, 1950 Domingo Road, Fullerton, applicant, stated he concurred with the Planning Commission recommendations and the staff report.
