Proclaim October 12-18, 1980, as National Handicapped Awareness Week. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Councilmember Wood abstained on voting for approval of the City Council Minutes <br />of September 16, 1980, due to his absence from that meeting. <br /> <br />>~TTERS INITIATED BY COUNCILMEMBERS <br /> Councilmember Wood requested that appointments to the Human Services Commission <br />be made at this time.
