It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, to <br />approve the application of Valley Community Church for an amendment to the General <br />Plan which would change the land use designation of a 2.0 acre to 2.5 acre site <br />located on the north side of the Del Valle Parkway approximately 200' east of <br />Harvest Road from "Public and Institutional" to "Medium Density Residential". <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that <br />Resolution No. 80-263, approving the application of the City Council for a General <br />Plan Amendment to change the land use designation of 16 separate sites as approved <br />above; the application of Robert E.
