(D.U.E. = 280 GPD) <br /> <br />be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, and Wood <br />NOES: Mayor Mercer <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />~tters for the Information of the Council <br /> There were no Matters for the Information of the Council presented at this <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Expansion of the DSRSD Plant for Industrial Non-Retail Commercial Sewage Capacity <br /> Mr. Walker presented his report dated September 18, 1980, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, that <br />Resolution No. 80-248, authorizing the City Manager to write a letter to Dublin San <br />Ramon Services District stating that the City would agree to pay the cost of the <br />study for expansion of the Dublin San Ramon Services District Plant for Industrial <br />non-retail Commercial sewage capacity by Brown and Caldwell Engineering firm, at a <br />cost not to exceed $145,000, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Allocation of Industrial and Non-Retail Commercial Sewage Capacity <br /> Mayor Mercer recessed the meeting at 9:10 P.M., to an Executive Session to <br />discuss potential litigation relative to this item. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer reconvened the meeting at 9:20 P.M. <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker presented his report dated September 23, 1980, regarding this matter. <br /> The following persons address the Council regarding this matter: <br /> <br /> Ted Fairfield <br /> Art Dunkley <br /> John Caroline <br /> Joseph Madden <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Kephart, and seconded by Mayor <br />Mercer, that Resolution No. 80-249, approving the selection criteria to rank the <br />properties applying for industrial sewage capacity as follows: <br /> <br /> 7. 9/23/80 <br /> <br /> <br />
