<br />Environmental Impact Report be required to change the approximately 4 acre Deetz
<br />property located at the north end of Pleasanton Avenue from Medium Density Resi-
<br />dential to High Density Residential, instead of a Negative Declaration.

<br />tive Declarations, and adding a condition that the property at 201 Spring Street be
<br />moved on the list to be heard as soon as possible, be adopted.

<br /> Mr. Walker presented his Information Report dated August 4, 1980, regarding the
<br />November 4, 1980, General Election, stating that August 22, 1980, is the deadline
<br />for County's receipt of City resolution requesting consolidated election, and that
<br />September 2, 1980, is the deadline for County's receipt of measures wording, analysis,
<br />etc.

<br />August 4, 1980, regarding cost of picking up leaves by City forces.
