Mr. J. Bartlett, 2292 Crestline Road, stated he felt that allowing this variance <br />would set a precedent and that also it would make a poor aesthetic impact. <br /> <br /> Mrs. Liz Schiano rebutted the opponents by stating the fence was needed to en- <br />close the property, lessen noise and reduce the litter problem. She stated she did <br />not feel that corner lots should be penalized by not allowing a variance to the <br />setback requirements. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Council- <br />member Butler, that Resolution No. 80-188, denying the appeal of Michael J.
