Officers and employees of the local agency shall provide each stand-by officer with a copy of this article. 2. To keep informed of the business and affairs of the local agency to the ~ extent necessary to fill the post competently. For this purpose the ~ local agency may arrange information meetings and require attendance. C~ 3. Adoption of Resolution No. 80-179, approving Pre-annexation Agreement with Lyle D. Stearns, 3545 Vine Street, Remen Tract Area, and authorizing the appropriate City officials to execute the agreement. g. Adoption of Resolution No. 80-180, approving modification of contract between the City of Pleasanton and County of Alameda to extend the agreement for City pro- vision of fire service to the Remen Tract, Castlewood, Happy Valley and Stanley Boulevard (unincorporated areas), in the amount of $58,403.00, and authorizing the appropriate. City officials to execute the modification of contract. h.
