To be informed of the duties of the office of stand-by officer. Officers <br /> and employees of the local agency shall provide each stand-by officer with <br /> a copy of this article. <br /> <br /> 2. To keep informed of the business and affairs of the local agency to the <br />~ extent necessary to fill the post competently. For this purpose the <br />~ local agency may arrange information meetings and require attendance. <br />C~ 3. To ~mediately report ready for duty in the event of disaster at the <br />C~_ place and in the method previously designated by the local agency. <br /> <br />(~ 4. To fill the post for which appointed when, because of disaster it has <br /> become vacant. Stand-by officers No. 2 and 3 shall substitute in <br /> succession for stand-by officer No. 1 in the same way that said stand-by <br /> officer is substituted in place of the regular officer. Stand-by <br /> officer shall serve until the recovery of the regular officer or the <br /> election or appointment of a new regular officer. (Stats. 1957, Ch. 1368). <br /> <br /> c. Adoption of Resolution No. 80-170, approving extension of the 911 Agreement <br /> - between the City of Pleasanton and the Council of Alameda for seventeen months, <br /> and authorizing the appropriate City officials to execute the modification of <br /> agreement. ~ <br /> <br /> d. Adoption of Resolution No. 80-172, modifying Resolution No. 80-93 (Annexation <br /> No. 73 - Madden); Resolution No. 80-173 modifying Resolution No. 80-94 (Annexa- <br /> .tion No. 74 - Macias); Resolution No. 80-174 modifying Resolution No. 80-95 <br /> (Annexation No. 75 - Foothill Road); Resolution No. 80-175 modifying Resolution <br /> No. 80-96 (Annexation No. 76 - Sunol Boulevard); Resolution No. 80-176 modifying <br /> Resolution No. 80-97 (Annexation No. 77' - Pestana); and Resolution No. 80-177 <br /> modifying Resolution No. 80-122 (Annexation No. 78 - From), revising agreement <br /> to the exchange of property tax revenues to include the following section: "That <br /> the property tax proceeds accruing for the.Structural Fire Fund shall be trans- <br /> ferred to the City of Pleasanton". <br /> <br /> e. Adoption of Resolution No. 80-178, approving Final Map and Improvement Plans for <br /> Tract 4549, Wellington Condominiums, Morrison Homes. <br /> <br /> f. Adoption of Resolution No. 80-179, approving Pre-annexation Agreement with Lyle <br /> D. Stearns, 3545 Vine Street, Remen Tract Area, and authorizing the appropriate <br /> City officials to execute the agreement. <br /> <br /> g. Adoption of Resolution No. 80-180, approving modification of contract between the <br /> City of Pleasanton and County of Alameda to extend the agreement for City pro- <br /> vision of fire service to the Remen Tract, Castlewood, Happy Valley and Stanley <br /> Boulevard (unincorporated areas), in the amount of $58,403.00, and authorizing <br /> the appropriate. City officials to execute the modification of contract. <br /> <br /> h. Adoption of Resolution No. 80-181, declaring the City's intention to abandon the <br /> old alignment of Black Avenue in order to award a Quitclaim Deed from the City <br /> to Morrison Homes, and setting a public hearing on July 22, 1980, 8:00 P.M., <br /> Fairgrounds Cafeteria. <br /> <br /> 2. 7/8/80' <br /> <br /> <br />
