MINUTES <br /> of <br /> THE MEETING <br /> of <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> July 8, 1980 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER - PLEDGE TO THE FLAG <br /> Mayor Kenneth Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at <br />8:00 P.I~., and then led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> Deputy City Clerk Doris George called the roll which is recorded as follows: <br />Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer were present. Councilmember <br />Kephart was absent. Mr. Walker, City Manager, Mr. Levine, City Attorney, Mr. <br />Harris, Director of Planning and Community Development, and Mr. Schaumburg, Director <br />of Engineering Services, were present. <br /> <br />AGENDAAMENDMENTS <br /> Mr. Walker requested that an item be added to the Consent Calendar as item 4i - <br />Agreement between the City of Pleasanton and the Pleasanton Housing Authority. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer stated he had received a telephone call from Mr. Mike Harris, <br />President of the Southern Alameda County Board of Realtors, requesting that the <br />adoption of the CondominiumConversion Ordinance be continued for full Council <br />attendance. Council concurred. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR ~': <br />It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that <br />the following items listed on the Consent Calendar, as amended thereto, be approved: <br /> <br />a. Approval of City Council Minutes for 6-24-80. <br /> <br />b. Adoption of Resolution No. 80-169, appointing stand-by Councilmembers as follows: <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> Ronald Smith <br /> Gary Hofstede <br /> Brian Hoyt <br /> <br /> Vice Mayor Wood <br /> Dawn Gordner <br /> Judith G.
